Isabella Canfield

Hi! My name is Isabella, and I have the exciting opportunity to serve in Cuidad Bolivar, Colombia this summer. I will be working with Pacto en ACCIÓN, a Christian ministry that reaches out to over 200 people weekly by aiding the poor and sharing the Gospel. I grew up in a faith-based home in the San Francisco Bay Area, where I received Christ at a young age and had the opportunity to go on a variety of mission trips, notably to Mexico and Nicaragua. I have always had a heart for Spanish-speaking countries, especially after studying the language for six years throughout middle and high school. Currently, I am attending Colorado Christian University, where I am pursuing a degree in Strategic Communication, with the goal of working in advertising for an international nonprofit. Through this opportunity, I will be able to use my communication and videography skills to represent Pacto en ACCIÓN’s ministry, help them with mobilization and fundraising (including the provision of meals for over 100 children each month), and serve to meet other ministry needs.
