Hello! I’m Jonathan and I am currently working in financial planning in the Dallas Area and am studying for my CFP to become a Certified Financial Planner.
I'm so excited about this opportunity to go to Colombia to serve with the local church through a summer camp style ministry. I felt the Lord calling me to serve here as I had a similar experience in the states in high school and it was one of the most impactful things for me in seeing how excited students were in learning the love Christ has for them. I will be going for a week and My role will include leading small group discussions, participating in community outreach, and helping to organize various camp activities. It is my hope that through this mission, I can make a positive impact on the lives of these young individuals, help foster a sense of hope and love, and ultimately point them towards Christ. I feel blessed and privileged to have the opportunity to go and serve as well as continue to learn how to lay my life down and use my voice to participate in the work God is doing in the lives of people around the world.
I still need to raise about $1,780 for this trip and would be very grateful if you considered donating to these trip costs. Thank you in advance for your support, whether in prayer or financially.
