Children’s Feeding Program, Emergency Relief and Long Term Hope for Southern Malawi

Send a Note Start a Campaign

What good is it, my brothers and sisters, if someone claims to have faith but has no deeds? Can such faith save them? Suppose a brother or a sister is without clothes and daily food. If one of you says to them, “Go in peace; keep warm and well fed,” but does nothing about their physical needs, what good is it? In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead.  James 2:14-17

According to the World Population Review, Malawi is the 4th poorest country in the world with 70% earning less than 3.00 per day.  About 80% of people live in small farming villages, where we are having the greatest impact of the gospel. 2 years ago, cyclone Freddy destroyed life, crops and housing and this year the drought has crippled crop production.  Many poor villagers go days between meals.

Alongside helping believers and their neighbors with essential food for today (James 2:14-17) I am in communication with Farming God’s Way to help Malawians reap both a spiritual and physical crop.

Farming God’s Way is not just a technology but a well-balanced biblical, management and technological solution, equipping agricultural communities to come out of poverty with what God has put in their hands and revealing the fullness of Jesus’ promised abundant life.”   https://farming-gods-way.org/
